Overall assessment of the dealer (verified): service was good. service agent and mechanic properly brief what are the faults or the car. Organization: had to drive my car from Bintulu to Kuching just to replace the parts. it is quite troublesome for us outside of Kuching. Hope that VPCM can setup more service center or service agent in Sarawak region. public will have good perception and acceptance on VW brands if they have assurance.
