Bad service

Customer care: My car is less than 5 year and it develop a leak from the windshield reservoir tank. When I brought it in I mention it to the service advisor and they identified it was the connecting pipe which has cause the leak. Because my car is less than 5 year and still under warranty so I ask the service advisor can the part be claim since it’s not an wear and tear item the service advisor just gave an answer of ‘that part not cover under warranty cause this part not cover until 5 years’ so why a connecting hose inside the engine compartment and not a wear and tear item not cover until today I still have no answer for it. When I ask for more clarification the service advisor just ignored my message(been almost 2 week)and until now still have not reply. Pay premium pricing for servicing end up getting shit service from you guys Organization: Such a hassle just to make a booking to get my car service ask for vin number and car registration card. Have not experienced in other service center like BMW and Mercedes. What made it worst is.the service advisor can just ignore your messages.

Improvement

Customer care: Late to close the case and slow to inform Overall assessment of the dealer (verified): Repairing work and parts are good but the personal service @ technician must always inform and contacting car owner to find the decision. Organization: I have to do the follow up instead of receiving the answer from the personal service. Even I asked to replace the part under warranty period is still not resolve til today. I have to do the follow up again.
