From our side we have contacted the customer and explain about the repair estimate. Also we make customer understand about previous repair its not related. We do give offer 20% on the parts and customer still unable to proceed on amount. Due to that we do have offer on final contribution basis. However now we are waiting for the update from customer.

Repair quality: The recent episode I have with Audi is disheartening. Over the past one year, I have sent in my car for the annual service as well as diagnosis (due to fault indicators). In each instance, recommendations was made to me to change certain parts and I agreed to the change. In total, i have spent close to 20k over the past 1-2 years, which is equivalent to half the market value of the car.

Every service i made and every change i agreed to was done with the simple notion that the car can be driven again without much of an issue. In the recent repairs I had with Audi, the car was returned to me only for me to encounter new faults. I could only use the car for a day before it has to be sent back to the workshop. And the last fault was very much unexpected and i was told that the cost to replace the spare part was >30k, which is 70% of the car's market value.

In summary, I am not satisfied simply because I have spent so much money only to be told that I have to spend more. In the end, the cost of repairing the vehicle simply does not justify owning the car anymore.

I will think twice when it comes to owning an Audi in future

Customer care: Slow and delay response from Service Advisor, require multiple reminders on phone call and WhatsApp in order to get a response from the Service Advisor. Please improve on customer service on update, courtesy and urgency for warranty claim and repairs. Thanks.

Issue on warranty claim process - slow and delay

we have contacted the customer and apologies. We have explained parts that under wear & tear item also show the customer on wear tear item listing and claimable item on warranty.

Organization: It took me more than 3 months to fixed my car in your Audi center, spend a lots of time waiting for the spare parts to arrived and also making claims for the problem components to be available, suggest to have an expert to make evaluation of the car problems and jobs and spare parts required to do the job right in the first time !
Customer care: It is always difficult to have a clear answer from my service supervisor about the actual situation of my car especially when my car is under a long waits for days in your workshop, a clear update on the work in progress would help me to make plans for my own transport while my car is away !
Repair quality: In my case is a complete change of water cooling system, it tern out to be a multiple trip to your service center due to the job is not done tarrely ,  leaking problems still on going until further problem found like;
- 'O' ring not change, newly change water pump crack, water cooling tank change but not the cover !!!

My 10 years old Audi A6 maintenance experience.

We have summited the claim under warranty and the replied was particular part cant be claim under warranty. We have offer the customer on the part discount after explaining the particular part could not be claim under warranty.

Customer care: My car is less than 5 year and it develop a leak from the windshield reservoir tank. When I brought it in I mention it to the service advisor and they identified it was the connecting pipe which has cause the leak. Because my car is less than 5 year and still under warranty so I ask the service advisor can the part be claim since it’s not an wear and tear item the service advisor just gave an answer of ‘that part not cover under warranty cause this part not cover until 5 years’ so why a connecting hose inside the engine compartment and not a wear and tear item not cover until today I still have no answer for it. When I ask for more clarification the service advisor just ignored my message(been almost 2 week)and until now still have not reply. Pay premium pricing for servicing end up getting shit service from you guys
Organization: Such a hassle just to make a booking to get my car service ask for vin number and car registration card. Have not experienced in other service center like BMW and Mercedes. What made it worst is.the service advisor can just ignore your messages.

Overall assessment of the dealer (verified): Repairing work and parts are good but the personal service @ technician must always inform and contacting car owner to find the decision.
Organization: I have to do the follow up instead of receiving the answer from the personal service. Even I asked to replace the part under warranty period is still not resolve til today. I have to do the follow up again.
