Good, but there's more that needs to be refined in terms of service advisory.

Overall rating of the dealer (verified): I would have given 5 stars if it was not because of the manner how the service advisor was trying to make me spent on unnecessary items without checking my Beetle's past records for parts replaced. I had to keep reminding him to double check if there was really a need to do this and replace that as I recalled replacing some of the parts that was recommended to be replaced again? Please make sure the service advisors go through the customer's car past records before pushing for parts replacement. I hope the management pay attention to these things and train their service advisors well. Just my 2 cents!
