Declining Quality of Customer Service

Organization: Service advisor did not explain what exactly the work he or the technician will carry out. He simply asked me to leave my car, and that he will update me later. He never did. Customer care: I left my car for service. Service advisor did not call me for updates. I called 2 times. The customer support told me the service advisor will call me back. He never did. I had to come to the office and wait until closing time before he appears and tell me my car is ready. Repair quality: My complaint about the vehicle making a loud noise when starting the engine is not being handled at all. I waited whole day, and the service advisor just told me that the process to identify this issue will take a long time. I am left with no resolution. I complained about this when the vehicle is still under warranty. No action were taken. The issue is still there until the vehicle is out of warranty now. I am very displeased with the quality of service.
