My experience with Skudai Service Centre

Repair quality: The scope of work was not completed-I have requested to twist back the safety belt but was not done Organization: This is the second time that the service officer is resigned despite my seldom visit to this service centre. I was passed to the new officer. There are still outstanding issues and parts which I have paid for. The resigned guy said that the parts will arrived in a week's time. Now is two already and no one contacted me.
