I’ve been servicing my car here for the past few years, and every visit has been a great experience. The customer service is consistently excellent, and I’d especially like to thank Miss Zanith for her professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness. She ensured my concerns were addressed, the issues were resolved promptly, and everything was actioned efficiently. A special thanks as well to Andrew, who has been the technician looking after my car. He consistently takes the time to diagnose the issues thoroughly, explains the findings clearly, and ensures everything is rectified properly. His expertise and attention to detail have given me great confidence in the quality of the service.  The claims process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear communication throughout. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and makes the experience even more pleasant. Overall, everything went seamlessly from start to finish. Vehicle Reliability and Service Experience Rating: Unsatisfactory

Overall rating of the dealer (verified): The warranty claim process has been consistently lengthy and inefficient. Even a simple replacement such as a battery required the vehicle to be kept at the service centre for an extended period while awaiting warranty approval. This prolonged process has contributed significantly to the overall vehicle downtime and inconvenience experienced. Repair quality: The following are the recent incidents involving my vehicle: 22 April 2026: The vehicle broke down due to the "Manoeuvre Braking Currently Unavailable" warning. The vehicle was towed to F.A. Wagen, Glenmarie for inspection and repair. 30 April 2026: I collected the vehicle one week later after being informed that the issue had not reoccurred during the inspection period and that the vehicle was considered to be operating normally 8 May 2026: The same issue occurred again, and the vehicle was towed back to F.A. Wagen, Glenmarie. 15 May 2026: I was informed that the issue might be related to the starter motor. 25 May 2026: A new starter motor was replaced, and I was informed that the vehicle would be ready for collection the following day. 28 May 2026: I collected the vehicle. 18 June 2026: Due to a weak battery, I sent the vehicle to the service centre for a warranty claim. During the inspection, I also noticed coolant leakage from the coolant hose and informed the service centre accordingly. 19 June 2026: I was informed that the coolant water pump was found to be faulty and required replacement. The replacement was confirmed to be covered under warranty, and I was allowed to collect the vehicle while awaiting the arrival of the replacement part. 23 June 2026: I collected the vehicle. I was informed the coolant water pump leaking and while awaiting 25 June 2026: The vehicle displayed the warning message: "Please check coolant level, Consult vehicle wallet." I noticed water/coolant leakage marks and was advised not to drive the vehicle. The vehicle was sent back to the service centre for further inspection. 6 July 2026: I collected the vehicle after the repair was completed. Organization: Prolonged problem verification and warranty claim process.
