Expensive maintenance fee

Customer care: The person in charge told my wife :if you feel the price is too expensive, then you can go to workshops outside. Of course, I will listen to his advice. Organization: Too expensive. 30000KM maintenance fee around rm5000. Labor fee around rm1000!
