Best SA attending my car!
Overall rating of the dealer (verified): The booking number and process was done seamlessly. The front counter lady staff was very helpful and knows the VW stuff. Also I am impressed with Alex the SA's courteous behaviour, and offering options for solutions. He also assured me and give me peace of mind by confirming the issue has been solved. His ability of converse in BM fluently also make me feel included.
