Overall assessment of the dealer (verified): All process was uneventful, dealer was helpful. However, it would be better if my NCD (No Claim Discount) from previous vehicle was transferred to new vehicle when applying for new vehicle insurance to avoid unnecessary hassle and losses to the customer. I had to make calls and emails in order to transfer my NCD from my previous vehicle on my own.
