Routine Service.

Repair quality: I recently notice SC's are trying to upsell from standard service package without proper acknowledgement from us the owner. The first quote i received included optional lubes and service which was not part of the mandatory service package and i was not informed. I had to ask if they were standard and when i got to know it was not, i had to request for it removed. Stop upselling when we come in routine service. Provide optional recommendation separately and it should be up to the owner to include. On top of that, i had an issue with my reverse camera. As my car was out of warranty, i was told to the camera unit is faulty and require replacement which will cost RM6k. Luckily i declined the offer. I took the car to a workshop outside and within minutes they found the issue was a blown fuse and did it for me FREE! Appalling.
