Firstly, I want to commend Mr. Faizul for his exceptional service throughout the purchasing process. His helpfulness and professionalism were greatly appreciated and made the buying experience enjoyable. However, I encountered a significant issue after receiving the car. Upon delivery, I noticed an obvious long scratch on the area behind the passenger seat. This defect necessitated an additional inspection and multiple arrangements to have the car repaired and the seat replaced. This process has been time-consuming and inconvenient, requiring several visits and adjustments. To prevent such issues in the future, I kindly suggest that a more thorough inspection of vehicles be conducted before they are handed over to customers. Ensuring that cars are in perfect condition prior to delivery would enhance customer satisfaction and streamline the experience.
