She also paid attention to my questions and issues noted with the car. She is experienced and did not rush through our chat/discussion. Also she followed-up with me post service! My previous Service Rep, Goh, also spoke to me/checked on my car. I appreciated his extra time and effort. And the security guards who had to process my car collection on a public holiday were pleasant and efficient.
