Overall assessment of the dealer (verified): After the Audi mobile staff came to my house to change the battery, he did not remove the old battery and could not perform a system sync as he said his computer could not get any wifi connection. He promised to return to complete the sync but never did. After a few weeks, I called one of my regular service advisors (Jamil) to complain about the situation and requested for the mobile team to complete the job. However, Jamil explained that they were short handed and asked if I could drop by the service centre instead. Although not convenient, I decided to do so as I have a trip to Singapore next week and did not want any issues due to the non-syncing. Once at the service centre, Jamil and his team did an excellent job of not only completing the sync, but also doing a quick check up for my trip. As such, I am giving the service centre a 5-star rating, but the mobile team only 3-stars for not completing the job, failing to dispose the old battery and not returning as promised.

Customer care: Just moderate.....ever I'm the regular customer, or frequent sending for car service... Organization: Slow response on requesting quotation on part & replacement, almost 2 hours....very poor service, others within 20 ~ 30 min....
